The Department of Natural and Mathematical Sciences at Morningside University seeks a faculty member for its Mathematics program as a visiting Assistant Professor. The position emphasizes the teaching of general Mathematics courses in a highly student-centered environment. This position is a nine-month appointment beginning August 12, 2024.

Candidates must have at least a Masters in Mathematics or a closely related discipline. The teaching load is 24 credits per year. Candidates will be expected to teach courses at all undergraduate levels of mathematics (including introductory statistics) according to departmental need. Ideal candidates will have an active scholarly agenda that may include collaborating with students.
