Program Overview.

Dentists focus on oral health and well-being and is a growing medical profession. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, careers in oral health care are expected to grow 6-9% from 2021 to 2031 with an average of  5,000 job openings each year. 

The Pre-Dental program at Morningside isn't necessarily a major but, rather prepares students for entry and success in graduate dental programs leading to the DDS degree. Typically, courses in chemistry, biology, and physics as well as the DAT test are required for admission to dental school.
