The DEI Committee is responsible for coordinating and overseeing activities and events on campus involving topics focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The committee was established with the goal of advancing positive change and creating a community where all students, faculty, and staff at Morningside are heard, welcomed, and supported. Students, faculty, and staff can serve on the committee.

I love teaching at Morningside because I get to work with amazing students, teach them about the great world of microbiology, guide many of them through research projects, and see them graduate and go on to do good things in the world. As an educator, I cannot think of anything more rewarding!
