MASTER’S INITIAL LICENSURE PROGRAMS
Elementary Education
Use your existing bachelor’s degree in any field to become an elementary teacher in grades K-6 and earn an Iowa Initial Teaching License.
Secondary Education
Morningside’s Teacher Intern Program is one of the only programs in the state that allows you to use your existing bachelor’s degree in an endorsable area (ie. Biology, English, Math, Business, Music, etc.)
Special Education
This program prepares new special education teachers. Use your existing bachelor’s degree in any field to become a teacher for students with behavior disorders and learning disabilities, or for students with severe intellectual disabilities.
