The Garretson Houses, located at 3800 and 3804 Garretson Avenue, were both recently renovated in 2010. Each home houses eight students in four bedrooms. Three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living room are also included within each home. These residences are usually reserved for upperclassmen and those that live here are not required to be on the college’s foodservice plan.
