The Connie Wimer Women’s Leadership Program at Morningside University helps undergraduate women accelerate their professional growth and development. Through seminars, lectures, workshops, mentorships, and hands-on activities, the program guides its participants in the development of essential skills related to leadership, networking, negotiating, service and ethical behavior. Women in leadership roles at businesses, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations come to campus to share their stories and offer advice.
