Read the Weekly COVID-19 update.

You can find the most updated dashboard numbers here, and the historical data here. For those interested, COVID-19 data for the State of Iowa is here. Campus will continue to operate in YELLOW.

  • TEST IOWA: The on-campus Test Iowa site remains available to all undergraduate students, faculty, and staff through May 11, 2021, at which time on-campus testing will close for the academic year. Plans regarding testing options for next academic year are under discussion.
  • VACCINE UPDATE: If you have not yet received a vaccine, we encourage you to sign up. Siouxland District Health, Drilling Pharmacy, and HyVee are just a few of the places vaccines are available. All adults age 16 or older are eligible to receive a vaccine.
  • SUMMER ON CAMPUS: As President Reynders outlined in his email following spring break, we do expect to move toward operating in GREEN once spring semester is over since vaccines are becoming widely available and case counts are expected to decline. Details about what that will look like are forthcoming.

My sincere thanks to everyone for your continued cooperation. We have less than a month to go until commencement. Please keep wearing your masks, washing your hands frequently, and staying home when you are ill.

Be well,
Spicer
