Three students recently were inducted into the Morningside College chapter of the National Broadcasting Society-Alpha Epsilon Rho honor society.
Three Morningside College students recently were inducted into the Morningside College chapter of the National Broadcasting Society-Alpha Epsilon Rho honor society.
The new inductees are Derek Krayenhagen, a senior from Ida Grove, Iowa; Channing Pick, a May graduate from Le Mars, Iowa; and Jennifer Theisen, a December graduate from Le Mars.
The honor society emphasizes superior scholarship and creative participation in broadcast, corporate and digital media production and activity. Members must have a minimum grade point average of 3.25 in all mass communication courses, as well as overall.
The faculty adviser for the Morningside chapter is Dave Madsen, assistant professor and chair of mass communication at Morningside.
