Two Morningside College professors recently chaired sessions and presented a paper at the Marketing Management Association Fall Educators’ Conference in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Marilyn Eastman, associate professor of marketing, served as chair and a panel member for the session “Helping Students Develop a Professional Brand.”
Pam Mickelson, professor and chair of the business department, was a judge for the AxcessCapon Teaching Innovation Award. Mickelson also served as chair and a panel member for the session “Innovations in Teaching Advertising.”
Together, Eastman and Mickelson gave a paper presentation titled “Embedding Professionalism in the Business Discipline.”
The Marketing Management Association’s bi-annual conferences showcase the latest in marketing trends for both practitioners and academicians. They also give attendees the chance to network with others in the same profession.
