Morningside’s cheer and dance teams each won their competitions at the Grand View Cheer & Dance Duals.
Morningside’s cheer and dance teams each won their competitions at Sunday’s Grand View University Cheer & Dance Duals in Des Moines, Iowa.
The Mustangs’ cheer team defeated host Grand View by a score of 69.58 to 57.17.
Morningside’s dance team trounced Mount Mercy by more than 20 points in their dual by a score of 78.67 to 54.50.
The Grand View Cheer & Dance Duals was the last regular season competition for the Mustangs before the GPAC Cheer & Dance Invitational slated for Feb. 11 in Hastings, Neb.
