Five Morningside swimmers were recognized for their academic achievements by College Swimming Coaches Association of America.
Five members of Morningside College’s 2013-14 swimming team were recognized for their academic performances by College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
The Mustangs’ Evelyn Edge, a freshman from Genoa City, Wis.; Tracy Gates, a freshman from Escondido, Calif.; and Hannah Hecht, a junior from Lansing, Kan., were named CSCAA NAIA Women’s Scholar All-Americans, while Taylor McCloskey, a junior from Runnells, Iowa, was named a CSCAA NAIA Men’s Scholar All-American.
The Mustangs’ Jaimie Fast, a junior from Hastings, Neb., was named to the CSCAA NAIA Women’s Scholar All-America honorable mention list.
