The Morningside College Music Department will present a jazz band concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, in Eppley Auditorium on the Morningside College campus.
The Morningside College Music Department will present a jazz band concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, in Eppley Auditorium, 3625 Garretson Ave., on the Morningside College campus.
The concert is free and open to the public.
A total of 19 students will perform with the Morningside College Jazz Band. They will be performing pieces by Duke Ellington, Thad Jones, Count Basie, Charles Mingus, and more. The director of the jazz ensemble is Russ Nagel.
