Morningside College student Rae Clinkenbeard will present her senior art show Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, March 27 at the Eppley Art Gallery.

Sioux City, IA – Morningside College student Rae Clinkenbeard will present her senior art show Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, March 27 at the Eppley Art Gallery on the Morningside College campus. A reception for Clinkenbeard will be held outside the gallery on Sunday, March 22 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The reception and the exhibition are free and open to the public.

Originally from Denison, Iowa, Clinkenbeard is a senior arts administration and photography major with a minor in advertising. Her show, “Natural Phenomenon” contains multiple medias including photography and painting. Clinkenbeard says the focus of her work is the beauty and chaos found in nature. 

The arts administration degree at Morningside College prepares students for professional careers in managing arts-oriented companies through the combination of creative experiences and courses in administration and management, and the photography major emphasizes the development of artistic vision and technical skills to capture imagery and take it to the next level.
