Morningside men’s and women’s soccer travelled to Bellevue, Nebraska to play against Bellevue University on Wednesday afternoon.
Morningside men’s and women’s soccer travelled to Bellevue, Nebraska to play against Bellevue University on Wednesday afternoon.
Morningside men had a hard contest against the nationally ranked ninth Bruins. The Mustangs were outscored 0-5, and with this loss they move to a 3-3-1 record.
The women’s team had a close game, and ended up losing 0-1, due to a goal scored in the 41st minute of the first half. With this result the have a record of 2-3-1.
The Morningside Mustangs will try to bounce back on their next game, which will face them against GPAC opponent Mount Marty. The game will be on Sept. 22 at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in Yankton, S. D.
