Students at Morningside College have elected Macie Moore of Elkhorn, Neb., as student government president for the 2019-20 academic year.
Students at Morningside College have elected Macie Moore of Elkhorn, Neb., as student government president for the 2019-20 academic year.
Moore, a junior majoring in biology and chemistry, also will serve as student representative and a voting member on the Morningside College Board of Directors. She is a 2017 graduate of Elkhorn South High School.
Other Morningside student government officers elected include Mackenzie Bennett of Ankeny, Iowa, vice president; Sydney Palmer of Raymore, Mo., vice president of student life; Kathryn Anderson of Prior Lake, Minn., secretary; Nancy Coronel of Anaheim, Calif., treasurer; and Kali Hill of Buffalo Gap, S.D., director of communications.
