Morningside College will present a Holiday Pops Concert with the Sioux City Symphony at 8:15 p.m. June 27 in the Buhler Outdoor Performance Center, 3625 Garretson Ave., on the college’s campus.

Morningside College will present a Holiday Pops Concert with the Sioux City Symphony at 8:15 p.m. June 27 in the Buhler Outdoor Performance Center, 3625 Garretson Ave., on the college’s campus.

The Sioux City Symphony will celebrate the Fourth of July holiday with a patriotic, outdoor concert that will conclude with a fireworks display. The concert is part of the summer season of Morningside’s Betty Ling Tsang Fine Arts Series.

In the event of rain, the performance will move to Eppley Auditorium on the Morningside campus.

Other productions scheduled for the summer Betty Ling Tsang Fine Arts Series include the children’s musical “Hansel and Gretel and the Long Way Home” on July 10 and 11; and an “Oklahoma!” sing-a-long on Aug. 7 and 8.

All performances are free and open to the public.
