The Mustangs are picked ninth in the GPAC Pre-Season Volleyball Poll.

Morningside College is picked ninth in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Volleyball Coaches Pre-Season Poll.

Morningside returns 10 letter winners, including five starters, from a team that posted a 12-17 record and finished ninth in the GPAC standings with a 4-12 league mark last fall.

The Mustangs will open the 2014 season by hosting the six-team Morningside Invitational on Aug. 22 and 23.
