Jacob Green is the GPAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.
Jacob Green, a senior from Sioux Falls, S.D., is the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for Jan. 29 to Feb. 3.
Green finished sixth in the 800-meters with a time of 1:54.30 while competing in a field comprised of mostly NCAA Division I and II athletes at last Saturday’s University of Nebraska Frank Sevigne Cornhusker Invite. Green has the sixth fastest 800-meter time in the NAIA so far this season.
The Mustangs will compete in the South Dakota State Indoor Classic on Feb. 9 and 10 in Brookings, S.D.
