Jacob Green ran his fastest 800-meter time of the season in Thursday’s action at the Drake Relays.
Jacob Green finished 17th in the men’s unseeded 800-meters in Thursday’s action at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa.
Green ran his fastest 800-meter time of the season with a clocking of 1:53.93 to finish just .04 of a second out of 16th place behind NCAA Division I competitor Mark Sheridan of the University of Missouri.
Eleven of the 16 runners who finished ahead of Green came from NCAA Division I schools.
Green’s time was the 14th fastest by a NAIA runner so far this season and the fastest by a competitor from a GPAC school.
