Five members from Morningside College’s men’s and women’s cross country teams were named to the 2015 All-Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Cross Country Teams.
The Mustangs’ Mark Abrams and Alex Janssen were both named to the All-GPAC Men’s Cross Country Team, while Morgan Applegarth, Michelle Mumm, and Tiffany Shepherd were tabbed to the All-GPAC Women’s Cross Country Team.

Abrams, a senior from Glenwood, Iowa, was named to the All-GPAC team for the fourth time in his career to join 2014 Morningside graduate Garret Ehlers as the only men’s cross country runners in Morningside history to receive All-GPAC honors four times.
