Women’s golf head coach Todd Sapp announced that German golfer Anjana Cordes will join the Mustangs for the 2016-17 season.
Morningside College women’s golf head coach Todd Sapp announced that Anjana Cordes has made a commitment to attend Morningside and compete for the Mustangs starting with the 2016-17 academic year.
Cordes is a resident of Bad Vilbel, located in the federal state of Hesse in the Federal Republic of Germany.
One of Cordes’ top tournament finishes came at the Hessischer Golf Verbrand (HGV) Junior Championship, similar to a state junior championship, where she finished third in the 16-year-old division.
She finished in fifth place in the Faldo Series and had a first place finish with a one-under par round in her German Golf League.
