Anne Garreans Power, associate professor of business administration at Morningside College, recently presented at a Phi Delta Kappa doctoral research poster session at the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Her poster presentation was titled “Faculty and Administrator Perspectives in Merit Pay Compensation Systems in Private Higher Education: a Mixed Methods Study.”

Phi Delta Kappa is a professional association that brings together educators to collaborate and inspire one another.

Power has an MBA in management information systems from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion and a doctorate in higher education administration and leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
