Three business executives will share how they and their companies are adjusting to changes in the workplace and the competitive environment during a panel discussion at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 14 in the Yockey Family Community Room in Morningside College’s Olsen Student Center, 3609 Peters Ave.

The panel discussion, which is open to the public, is part of the Executives in Residence Program conducted by Morningside College’s Department of Accounting and Business.

Panel members are Chad Benson, a 1991 Morningside graduate and president and chief operating officer of ACT Holdings in Cedar Falls, Iowa; Susan George, director of human resources at the Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City; and Patrick O’Connell, a 1991 Morningside graduate and head of marketing and communications with KONE Americas in Chicago. The executives also serve on an advisory board for the Department of Accounting and Business at Morningside.

Pamela Mickelson, professor of business at Morningside, will moderate the panel discussion.
