Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Morningside University is seeking applications for a tenure-track assistant professor in mathematics, to begin August 16, 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching load is 24 credits per academic year which includes a May term once every 3 years.
• Teaching courses at all undergraduate levels of mathematics, including introductory statistics.

Qualifications:

• Applicants with a PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field are preferred, ABD will be considered, Master’s Degree required.
• Experience teaching undergraduates at various levels, mentoring undergraduate research students, and engaging with students from diverse backgrounds preferred.
