Dr. Brenda Wimmer has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, a Master of Science in Nursing degree, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, all from Morningside University, Sioux City, Iowa. Brenda is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of practice experience in community health, hospice, and long-term care along with 15 years of higher education teaching experience. She is the Graduate Nursing Department Head as well as the Clinical Nurse Leader and Doctor of Nursing Practice Coordinator here at Morningside.
