Online Iowa Endorsements

Add an endorsement to an Iowa teaching license

Adding an endorsement to your Iowa teaching license is a great way to further your career as a professional educator. It's also an ideal way to see if our full Master of Arts in Teaching degree could be right for you.

Iowa Endorsements

We offer 12 Iowa approved teaching endorsements.  Persons seeking an Iowa endorsement may, in most cases, satisfy the requirements with a combination of undergraduate and graduate hours.  A transcript analysis done by the Recommending Official will indicate which courses the student needs to complete Morningside’s Iowa approved endorsement program.

Please note that Morningside College cannot confirm whether our endorsement programs, as approved by the state of Iowa, will meet requirements for licensure in states outside of Iowa.  Endorsements are state specific, so please check your state’s endorsement standards.
