Morningside will offer the Morningside Wrestling Academy, a nine-week individualized program designed for the development of high school wrestlers, from June 4 to August 2.
The program will have morning sessions from 9 to 10:30 a.m. each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and evening sessions from 7 to 8:30 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Sessions will be dedicated to physical conditioning, mental toughness and technique development and refinement.
All sessions will be held in the Hindman-Hobbs (HPER) Center, 3501 Peters Avenue, on the Morningside campus. Instruction will be provided by Morningside head wrestling coach Jake Stevenson and Mustang assistant coaches Rulin Pederson and Tyler Kacmarynski.
The cost for the nine-week Morningside Wrestling Academy is $350.
