Home Stadium

Mercy Field at Lewis and Clark Park, located at 3400 Line Drive in Sioux City, has been home to the Morningside baseball team for over two decades.

Lewis and Clark Park opened in 1993 as the home park of the Sioux City Explorers of the Northern League.

The stadium, located at 3400 Line Drive in Sioux City, has a seating capacity of 3800. Field Dimensions are 330 feet along the left and right field lines and 400 feet to centerfield.

The stadium played host to the NAIA World Series for a three-year run from 1995 to 1997.

The park is named after Meriwether Lewis and William Clark, explorers who passed through the area with the Corps of Discovery in 1804. The pair were sent to explore the Louisiana Purchase by President Thomas Jefferson.

Take Exit 143 (Singing Hills Blvd.)
Proceed east on Singing Hills Blvd. for a half mile
Turn left onto S. Lewis Blvd.
Take the first right onto Line Dr. Mercy Field at Lewis & Clark Park will be straight ahead.


FROM HWY 75

Southbound: Take a left on Line Dr.
Proceed east for a quarter-mile, with Mercy Field at Lewis & Clark Park straight ahead.

Northbound: Take a right on Line Dr.
Proceed east for a quarter-mile, with Mercy Field at Lewis & Clark Park straight ahead.
