Rosenbaum earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Briar Cliff University. She has held the Certified Public Accountant designation since 1983. She has held the additional designation of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since February 2018. Rosenbaum joined Morningside College in 2003. Prior to her teaching experience, she has 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting and business, including extensive experience in regulatory reporting and corporate mergers. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the American Association of Accountants.
