Potential Morningside students want to know what does the room I will live in look like?
How big is it? What comes with the room? The following descriptions will help you answer those questions.
General Furnishings
All rooms at Morningside are furnished with a bed, dresser, closet or wardrobe, desk and chair for each resident of the room. Room windows are have mini blinds installed. In some rooms have furniture which is built in, in other rooms it is all freestanding.
Loftable Beds
We are in the process of upgrading residence hall rooms to new loftable beds. This process has not been completed. Click here to see if your room has the new loftable beds. The beds will already be lofted when you arrive. They can be lowered to a standard bed height or bunked with your roommate's bed. Personal lofts are not allowed in these rooms.
