Positions Available:
Assistant Camp Director-To serve as assistant to the Camp Director in guiding and supervising the staff in implementing and maintaining a program of high quality; to foster enrichment of routine program: to assist the Director in meeting needs of campers to further high morale in camp. To manage efficiently the business operations of camp. Must be 21 years or older.
Program Director- To plan and supervise participant activities in camp that contribute to program goals and individual development. Must be 18 years or older.
Riding Director- To organize and administer the horse program consistent with Girl Scout standards and to integrate the horsemanship campers’ activities with unit plans and other specialized events. Must be 21 years old and have horseback riding instruction experience.
Assistant Riding Director-To assist the Riding Director in organizing and administering the horse program consistent with Girl Scout standards and to integrate the horsemanship campers’ activities with unit plans and other specialized events. Must be 18 years olds and have experience with horsemanship.
Water Front Director-To supervise and instruct campers while at the pool. Responsible for care and use of all waterfront equipment including filter system and showers. Must be Red Cross certified in water safety instructor and advanced lifesaving. Must be 18 or older.
Lifeguard/ Assistant Unit Leader- Lifeguard duties- To supervise and instruct campers while at the pool. Must be Red Cross certified in water safety instructor and advanced lifesaving. Assistant Unit Leader duties- To assist the unit leader in seeing that unit and camp program is carried out with-in the policies, standards, and objectives of Girl Scout camping. Must be 18 or older.
Unit Leader-To direct coordination of unit assistants in seeing that unit and camp program is carried out within the policies, standards, and objectives of Girl Scout camping: to coordinate the unit program with the total camp program.-Must be 18 years or older.
Assistant Unit Leader-To assist the unit leader in seeing that unit and camp program is carried out with-in the policies, standards, and objectives of Girl Scout camping. Must be 18 or older .
Health Supervisor-To supervise and be responsible for the general health and safety of the campers and staff. Must be certified as an RN, LPN or EMT.
Junior Counselor- To assist the unit staff in seeing that unit and camp program is carried out within the policies, standards, and objectives of Girl Scout camping. Must be 16 years old or older.
Wrangler-To assist the riding staff in seeing that the riding program is carried out within the policies, standards, and objective of Girl Scout camping. Must be 16 years old or older.
