The Director will have overall responsibility for the operation of the center and will be responsible for operating procedures to provide an educational, caring and safe environment for children and parents, to promote the positive image of Youth Enrichment Services, and to achieve profitability for the company. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related area with a minimum of two years in licensed childcare. Full time exempt position, 40+ hour week minimum, Monday through Friday, depending on demands of work schedule. Possible occasional nights and weekends.
