JOB SUMMARY:
To accurately report all financial activity on the monthly financial statements.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Financial statement preparation
2. Balance and reconcile General Ledger
3. Reconcile monthly comps
4. Reconcile Table Games revenue
5. Cage Accountability
6. Daily revenues audit for accuracy
7. Internal auditor for drop crew
8. Reconcile hard count and soft count
9. Daily flash reports preparation
10. Payroll backup
11. Revenue backup
12. Auditor backup
13. Must attend meetings and/or training as directed by management.
14. Performs all duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School diploma or GED required.
2. Associates degree or equivalent in experience.
3. Strong knowledge of GAAP.
4. Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, including balancing and reconciling general ledger and its subsidiaries.
5. Comprehensive computer skills.
6. Six months to one year related experience or training.
7. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Good organizational and clerical skills required.
9. Must be able to obtain gaming license.
10. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
11. Native American preference.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
