Manager, TET Supply Chain Operations

Position Description: This position is responsible for creating and implementing a program to provide supply chain oversight. This position will be an integral part of selecting, qualifying and auditing supply chain participants to ensure conformance with agreed to standards. Also be responsible for issuing and maintaining the Customer Guidance Document. This position will also be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with all supply chain participating companies to meet the requirements and demands of an expanding market and customer base. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining in conjunction with the Quality Assurance/Manufacturing/Distribution/Technical/Administrative and Sales function within Terra an overarching program the ensures product conformance to specification is sustained, monitored and documented.

Key Job Elements:
1. Develop a Customer Guidance program that defines, governs and supports the distribution and blending of our DEF products with supply chain participants.
2. Develop and maintain product storage and handling specifications procedure and other tools to ensure product quality in the marketplace.
3. Work with all related functions within Terra and customers to assure our DEF products meet or exceed specifications.
4. Develop an approval process for third party material supply to supply chain participants. This could include material specification and packaging instructions.
5. Responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with supply chain participants.
6. Develop and execute a supply chain audit process, governed by the Guidance Document.
7. Develop and administer a Product non-Conformance Protocol. This protocol should provide the necessary detail required to deal with and manage non-conformance occurrences and incidents in the marketplace.
8. Provide internal training on Supply Chain structure and operations including product quality and program oversight.
9. Work closely with Production and Supply departments to ensure location approval for supply chain viability.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in physical science or engineering with 3-5 years experience.
2. Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems in the manufacturing industry.
3. Good time management skills and flexible to meet changing priorities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Understands the dynamics of the packaging and distribution business.
6. Willingness to travel and work in a team environment.
7. Strong knowledge of MS office programs.
