As the initial customer contact, Northwest Airlines' Reservations Sales Agents are the forefront of passenger sales and customer service.
Reservations Sales Agents are responsible for:
• Responding to customer needs, answering questions, planning travel itineraries and resolving customer issues over the phone
• Promoting and selling Northwest Airlines' services
• Ensuring a positive customer experience worldwide
The Reservations Sales Agent position requires the following:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the US
• Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screen
• Clear and effective communication skills with customers
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
