| Marketlink, Inc., is a leading national outbound call center firm specializing in sales of communication services. We are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor for our center in Storm Lake, IA.
Storm Lake is a growing university community, offering great recreational opportunities. It is located about two hours north of Des Moines, the state’s capital city.
The Supervisor will coach, motivate, develop and lead a team of sales representatives in achieving top sales performance for our clients who include the nation’s largest communications companies (cable TV & communications).
Requirements:
- One to two years successful sales management experience.
- Excellent coaching skills.
- Hands on, professional, integrity
- Associates degree or equivalent.
This is a full-time opportunity requiring an evening work schedule. 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes base salary + bonus. Health insurance and 401k with company match.
