Safety Manager

This position is accountable for leading the company¿s safety initiatives to continuously improve our performance against Safety objectives. Consults, coaches and motivates leaders and employees in safe work behaviors. Develops programs and processes to analyze hazard and health risks, and develops preventative or corrective measures. Oversee the deployment of safety equipment, training and education necessary to ensure that the company meets and/or exceeds the requirements of federal, state, and local regulations, codes and/or laws and company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
`Bachelor¿s degree in Safety / Environmental / Health or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
`3 years of experience in the communications or cable industry preferred.
`3 years experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
`2-3 years experience in a Safety Coordinator or Safety Manager role preferred.
`Strong working knowledge of safety practices, regulations and laws.

Account Services Representative (Bilingual and NON – Bilingual openings)
The purpose of this position is to accept and respond to customers inquiries regarding billing, installation and service availability via phone or e-mail in a call center environment. Identify, research and resolve customer billing inquires to ensure customer needs are met during each contact. Receive and processes payments over the phone.
Requires:
`6 months billing experience minimum
`Ability to operate PC and Microsoft office applications, credit card terminal, copy machine, and fax machine.
`Basic math & logical deduction skills
`High School Diploma or Equivalent
`See well enough to read terminal and reports.
`Hear and speak well enough to converse on telephone and monitor telephone.
`Manual dexterity to operate keyboard and other office equipment.

Warehouse Worker I (Full Time and Part Time)
Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in a warehouse environment. This position requires some familiarity and working knowledge of basic warehouse functions and processes. The Warehouse Worker I position consists primarily of order picking and the loading and unloading of trucks. Performs related work as required.

Employee Relations Specialist
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for partnering with business area management on various work performance and/or behavior issues and resolving work related conflicts though coaching and performance management. Provide guidance to business area leadership on any progressive disciplinary actions with the goal of improving the employees overall performance. This position will also coordinate, develop and/or lead various Employee Relations projects such as exit interviews, affirmative action initiatives, unemployment hearings, performance management training, tracking and monitoring. Participate in the development of various employee relations training to ensure support of our company human resource polices.

Product Marketing Specialist
Develops and coordinates tactical marketing plans/promotions, identifies tasks and performs and/or coorindates responsibilities. Researches and makes recommendations on alternatives to enhance financial and operational efficiencies. Develop the communication and administration of marketing campaigns and promotions for video, voice and data and all ancillary services. Develop cross-channel promotions for various products and management of marketing materials. Coordinate various community and special marketing event promotions including the demonstration of new products for residential services

Home Service Technician
Installs, disconnects, reconnects, adds, changes, and troubleshoots video services at customer locations. Educates customers regarding their existing and new services, informs them about other Cox services, and proposes solutions to customer problems. Describes the advantages of and sells additional Cox services to customers. Drives Company vehicle between office, warehouse, and work sites. Works outside on customer's premises or within customer's home. Works on regularly scheduled days as well as unscheduled days and beyond regular work hours, as required. Reports to a Field Service Supervisor.
Education and Experience:
`High school degree or GED equivalent.
`Post-high school education a plus.
`Valid state driver's license and a good driving record.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
`Field service experience with cable, telecommunications, or electronic equipment preferred.

The purpose of this position is to respond to customer requests in a Technical Support call center environment. Troubleshoot problems with Telephone, Cable and Internet services, attempting to resolve problems over the phone in order to prevent unnecessary service calls. If appropriate, schedule service technician visit. Consistently mention other Cox products and services that are available for customers to purchase.

IT Manager
Manage the day-to-day operations and department staff for the Information Technology (IT) function in Omaha. Plan for future expansion of data communication networks, computer systems and peripheral devices across multiple platforms. Implements necessary changes, prioritizes and solves issues that arise, establishes preventative measures and initiates the proper actions in the event of technology failure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
` Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar degree preferred.
` Two years of progressively responsible experience with network data communications and computer hardware.
