Bright Horizons is excited to partner with Principal Financial Group in Des Moines with managing their work-site early childhood center. The Principal Child Development Center is expected to open August of 2008. This state of the art facility is not only a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building, but will offer a variety of enrichment programs and activities for the children and families. Located in downtown Des Moines the center will be conveniently located near public transportation and other amenities.

Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is highly desired
• 3-5 years experience in childcare/early education preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to provide developmentally appropriate curriculum for children 6 wks to 6 yrs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with corporate sponsored programs an advantage
• History of positive parent and coworker relationships
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times by meeting the physical demands of the position
