Qualifications:

4 Year Business, Accounting, or Finance Degree or 1-2 years related experience.
Very detail oriented
Knowledge of real estate documentation a plus
PC skills: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
Good communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Job Description:

Join our team as a Loan Doc Rep in the Post Close Department. Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation processing duties. Functions include: processing; closing and compliance on loans; reviewing completed loan packages against system data; correcting errors to loan packages and/or system data; obtaining missing information; may resolve exception processing issues. Ability to work in a fast paced environment required. This is an Equal Employment Opportunity
