These positions are located in Sioux Falls, SD. Relocation after 12 months is possible, if applicants are interested.
Sales Relationship Rep 1
Handles a number of assigned client accounts/prospects. Focuses on
generating additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities
with existing clients/sales force and/or new clients, ensuring client/sales
satisfaction. Performs needs analyses with current and prospective
customers; understands customer needs; builds customer urgency. Sales
approach is unscripted and developed through normal lead channels.This
position specializes in outbound and inbound telesales of home equity lines
of credit via an autodialer.
Minimum qualifications include: 2 - 3 years of
sales experience and a good understanding of related products and services.
Phone Banker 2
Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from
customers regarding financial products and services. Duties include:
processing routine to complex transactions on-line; resolving routine to
moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems to
specialists. Responsible for cross-selling or sales referrals of products.
May work on special projects. May be required to hold series licensing and
certification. Saturdays. Some weekend and evening hours are required.
Minimum qualifications include: 1-2 years experience on customer service
floor or related
experience.
Phone Banker 3
Responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints on more complex
products/services and/or from premier customers. Duties may include:
resolving complex inquiries and complaints from customers and upon
escalation; processing complex transactions on-line; performing extensive
research to resolve the complex customer problems; providing guidance and
assistance to more inexperienced service bankers either on the spot and/or
via telephone; providing training on policies and procedures, new or
enhanced services and/or procedural changes. Responsible for cross-selling
or sales referrals of products. Reviews data and reports trends to
management. May work on special projects. May require certification.
Minimum qualifications include: 2-3 years experience on customer service
floor.
Collector 2
Fully qualified, seasoned collector. Advanced knowledge of company products
and services, policies, procedures, collections systems and how to apply
this knowledge when communicating with delinquent customers. Utilizes an
auto-dial or direct dial system to initiate customer contact and determines
reason for delinquency. Evaluates customers' financial situations and
negotiates for full payment or creates terms for repayment. May Skip-trace
to find and collect on delinquent accounts. May work on special projects.
May be required to compose written documents. May be responsible for
collateral analysis. Refers more complex issues to higher level Collections
staff.
Minimum qualifications include:1+year(s).
