Madison Hoff, a 5-9 setter from Walnut, Calif., will enroll at Morningside College this fall and compete for the Mustangs’ women’s volleyball team announced Morningside head coach Sara Horn.

Hoff is a senior at Walnut High School, where she was a three-year starter. She earned first-team All-Hacienda League honors and was named Walnut’s Most Valuable Player this past season.

She dealt 426 assists for an average of 7.89 per set during her senior campaign. Hoff was a scoring threat from the service line, where she amassed a whopping 57 aces in 54 sets for an average of 1.06 aces per set. She completed 226 of 243 serve attempts for 93.0 percent.

Aside from her setting and serving exploits, Hoff also had 140 digs for an average of 2.59 per set, 67 kills for an average of 1.24 per set, and 20 solo blocks and 29 block assists for an average of 0.90 per set.

Hoff earned second-team All-Hacienda League honors as a junior and received honorable mention All-Hacienda League recognition as a sophomore.
