Joined Mustangs for 2005 season as a transfer from the University of Nebraska. Started 46 of the Mustangs' 60 contests. Hit .252 with five doubles, nine RBIs, and 20 runs scored. . .High School Data- 2002 graduate of Sergeant Bluff-Luton High School. Four-time Class 2A all-stater, four-time first-team All-War Eagle Conference performer, and two-time All-Northwest Iowa District selection during prep career. Struck out only 17 times in 538 at-bats over freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. First-team all-state shortstop following senior campaign where she hit .380 with 17 doubles, four triples, two home runs, 20 RBIs, 45 runs scored, and 28 stolen bases. Hit .319 and had a 10-3 pitching record with a 0.81 earned run average as junior en route to third-team all-state utility laurels. Offensive statistics included eight doubles, one home run, 28 RBIs, 31 runs scored, and 28 stolen bases. Struck out 80 batters and allowed only 39 hits in 86 innings pitched. Hit .316 and had a 3-1 pitching record with a 1.00 earned run average to earn fifth-team all-state utility honors as a sophomore. Slugged 12 doubles and two home runs to go along with 20 RBIs, 27 runs scored, and eight stolen bases. A fourth-team all-state shortstop as a freshman after she batted .318 with 12 doubles, two triples, 19 RBIs, and 35 runs scored.
