Three-year veteran has caught 113 passes for 1,485 yards and six touchdowns during Morningside career. Ranks seventh in school history with 113 career receptions. Morningside's all-time leader with 783 career punt return yards. Has averaged 8.6 yards per punt return during collegiate career. Also has 41 kickoff returns for 877 yards for average of 21.4 yards per return during Mustangs' career. . .2005 Data- Earned first-team All-GPAC honors as kick return specialist and second-team All-GPAC laurels as wide receiver. Averaged 22.6 yards per kickoff return and 7.8 yards per punt return. Returned opening kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown in Mustangs' 35-9 win against city rival Briar Cliff University on Nov. 5. Season's longest punt return went for 44 yards in Mustangs' 43-0 Homecoming win against Nebraska Wesleyan University on Oct. 1. Caught 55 passes for 740 yards and two touchdowns. Averaged 13.5 yards per catch. Caught six passes for season's high 145 yards in Mustangs' 49-27 win against Dana College on Nov. 12. Also topped the 100-yard mark with six catches for 121 yards in Mustangs' 48-18 win at Midland Lutheran College in season's opener. Had 39-yard touchdown run on reverse to open game's scoring in Mustangs' 27-26 win against the University of Sioux Falls on Oct. 15. . .2004 Data- Enjoyed a breakout season after making position change from defensive back to wide receiver. Honorable mention All-GPAC selection was Mustangs' second leading receiver with 58 catches for 745 yards and four touchdowns. Averaged 12.8 yards per catch. The 58 receptions and 745 reception yards were the seventh highest single-season totals in Morningside history. Led Mustangs' with career highs of 11 receptions for 131 yards in NAIA National Playoff loss against University of Saint Francis. Broke school record with 121 kickoff return yards and tied record with six kickoff returns in NAIA National Playoff loss against University of Saint Francis. Mustangs' top return specialist returned 31 punts for a school-record 279 yards for average of 9.0 yards per return. Had 14 kickoff returns for 271 yards for average of 19.4 yards per return. Set school record with seven punt returns in Mustangs' 26-0 shutout victory against city rival Briar Cliff University on Oct. 2. . .2003 Data- Flashed potential as a freshman before an injury sidelined him for the final four games of the 2003 campaign. Returned 11 kickoffs for 245 yards to top Mustangs with average of 22.3 yards per return. Longest return of the season went for 42 yards. Defensive statistics included three solo tackles, three assists, and five pass breakups. . .High School Data- 2003 graduate of Sioux City East High School. Earned first-team All-Missouri River Activities Conference and first-team Sioux City Journal All-Metro honors. Tabbed to second team of Sioux City Journal's All-Northwest Iowa selections. Rushed for 624 yards and five touchdowns in 113 carries and caught nine passes for 215 yards and one touchdown during senior campaign. Led East with averages of 5.5 yards per rushing attempt and 23.9 yards per pass reception.
