What form of payment do you accept?
You may pay for your order through Paypal. They accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
What shipping method do you use?
Merchandise will be shipped by UPS.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery time varies depending on where the merchandise will be shipped. Due to the fact that we use outside delivery agents (UPS), we do not guarantee any delivery times. Do not schedule contractor(s) until your toilet seat(s) arrive. Toiletseatsunlimited.com will never be responsible for any guarantees in shipping, and we will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than expected. We strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead time estimate charge.
What is you cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours. The fastest way to contact us is by telephone, but you must also email us. EVEN IF YOU CALL US, all cancellation request require must be made in writing by sending an email to us. Please go to our Contact Us page and state your name, toilet seat that you ordered and reason for cancellation. To allow us to stop a shipment quicker, please call us at 216-486-0117. Keep your email as proof that your tried to cancel the order at a certain date and time. In order for an order to be cancelled, WE MUST SEND YOU BACK A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION. Until you receive this email, your order has not yet been cancelled.
Order can only be cancelled if they have not entered the shipping process. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you, or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel an order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of the product, TOILET SEATS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. All sales are considered final (as per health laws) and sanitary reasons. TOILET SEATS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG TOILET SEAT. SEATS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORGINAL PACKING AND ORIGINAL BOX. Please read what you should do when your toilet seat(s) has been delivered and receiving the wrong seat.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return mercahndise cannot be accepted without an RA number. If this is not done we will not be held responisible.
Upon receipt of your toilet seat, we will determine if the toilet seat was damaged in shipping or if we sent out the wrong toilet seat. Please read what you should do when your toilet seat(s) has been delivered and receiving the wrong seat.
What about shipping damage?
All defective returns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving material. To report shipping damage, please call us at 1-216-486-0117. Please tell us your name and a description of the damage and the situation ready.
When my toilet seat(s) have been delivered do I need to inspect them right away?
Inspect your package(s) thoroughly RIGHT AWAY. Do not assume the item(s) are undamaged because the box is undamaged. If you receive your product and it appears to be damaged from the outside or if you discover any damage while the driver is there, YOU SHOULD MARK SUCH DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AND/OR BILL OF LADING WITH THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER MUST WRITE DOWN NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE, THAT THE ITEMS ARE BEING ACCEPTED, BUT THEY ARE DAMAGED.
If your item was shipped by UPS, call UPS 800-PICK-UPS to report a damaged item. Please have your tracking number available.
What if I receive the wrong toilet seat?
If you receive the wrong toilet seat please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the toilet seat. You will be charged for the replacement order and credited in full upon receipt and inspection of the original order. You may choose to wait until we receive the incorrect item and issue a credit to you before placing a new order.
How can I contact customer service?

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, we charge 20% to 25% restocking fee. Minimum restocking fee is $10.
Do you accept returns on specal orders?
No returns will be accepted for special order or any products ordered. All sales are considered final.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we only ship to the Continental United States and we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
What if the price is wrong on your website?
Due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, Toiletseatsunlimited.com cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, most of the time we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is placed or shipped to the customer. If we inform a customer of a pricing error, the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing or to canel the order completely. We apologize in advance for any errors on our website, and we will keep these mistakes to a minimum.
