One of Mustangs' top newcomers during 2005 season. Mustangs' co-leader in victories with a 7-4 won-lost record with a 3.66 earned run average in 15 appearances, including eight starts. Seven triumphs was the fourth highest single-season win total in Morningside history. Completed four of eight starts with two shutouts. Allowed 58 hits with 17 walks and 44 strikeouts in 59.1 innings pitched. Named NAIA National Pitcher of the Week and the GPAC Pitcher of the Week after he pitched a no-hitter with a season's high eight strikeouts in 7-0 win against Mount Marty College on April 29. Pitched a three-hit shutout with six strikeouts in 3-0 win against Midland Lutheran College on March 29. . .Previous Collegiate Data - Joined Mustangs for 2005 season as a transfer from the University of South Dakota. Coyotes' top winner during the 2004 season with a 5-3 record. Had a 5.94 earned run average in 12 appearances, including 11 starts. Allowed 65 hits and 29 walks with 46 strikeouts in 53 innings pitched. Went 2-6 with a 6.91 earned run average in 2003. Attended Wayne State College as a freshman. . .High School Data- 2000 graduate of Elkhorn High School, where he was an all-state pitcher and shortstop. Helped lead school to state championships as a sophomore and senior.
