Current and future trends in today’s job market will be the subject of a presentation by Diane Neri, business services representative at Iowa Workforce Development, on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at 11:45 a.m. in Roadman Formal Lounge, 3600 Peters Avenue, on the campus of Morningside College.
The free event is sponsored by Morningside’s Academic and Cultural Arts Series (ACAS) and is open to the public.
Neri’s presentation: “Career Decision Making and Hot Job Trends” will include information on expanding and declining occupations and how differing levels of education can dictate job availability, salary, and business expenses.
Neri has experience in customizing workforce solutions for businesses in Region 12 of Iowa, which includes Cherokee, Ida, Monona, Plymouth, and Woodbury counties.
