The Morningside College chapter of Psi Chi, a psychology international honor society, recently inducted four new members.
Students inducted into the honor society included Justin Anderson of Sioux City; Melissa James of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Sadie Mortenson of Terril, Iowa; and Megan Joy Peters of Fonda, Iowa.
Membership in Psi Chi is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests and who meet grade point average requirements and other qualifications.
Dr. Larry Sensenig, professor and chair of psychology, is the faculty advisor for the Morningside chapter of Psi Chi.
Psi Chi, founded in 1929, has chapters at over 1,000 college and university campuses in the United States, Canada and Ireland.
