The Morningside College Chapter of Psi Chi, the national honor society in psychology, recently inducted seven new members.
Students inducted into the honor society included Andrew Gerodias of Laurens, Iowa; Karen Grabowski of Wahoo, Neb.; Bryan Hansen of Sioux City; Hannah Keesler of Viroqua, Wis.; Amanda Martens of Shelby, Iowa; Kelly Pudenz of Columbus, Neb.; and Denise Schwery of Omaha, Neb.
Membership in Psi Chi is awarded to graduate and undergraduate students who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests and who meet the qualifications.
Psi Chi, founded in 1929, is one of the largest honor societies in the world with over 975 chapters located at college and universities campuses throughout the United States.
