 Rick Wollman has joined Morningside College as director of public relations.
He is chiefly responsible for providing timely and relevant information to local and regional media about the college, developing and implementing Morningside’s annual communications and marketing plans, and creating and maintaining a visually and stylistically consistent message for the college.
Wollman has more than 25 years of experience in public relations and marketing. Most recently, he was manager of marketing and communications at Mercy Medical Center-Sioux City. He also has worked in various public relations, investor relations and corporate communications positions at Terra Industries, MidAmerican Energy Company and Briar Cliff University. Early in his career, he worked as a reporter/editor for the Sioux City Journal.
