Morningside College Music Department to host second annual variety show

The music department of Morningside College will present a variety show spotlighting students and faculty members at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 26, in Eppley Auditorium, 3625 Garretson Ave.

The theme of the event is “A Trip Around the World.”  Performers will play instruments and sing songs representative of different countries and cultural styles. 

This event is open to the public.   Donations will be collected to aid the Mary Treglia Community House in Sioux City.  This organization works with low-income, immigrant, and multicultural children and families to aid them with physical, social, educational and economic challenges.

Morningside music department faculty and students provide music classes at Mary Treglia’s Camp Imagination in the summer.
